Dhaval ShahYou'll have not communicated to the staff on the ground that we were to go there around 1-2 pm after finishing the petting farm in Talegaon. I had received a couple of phone calls at 0830am and I had told them we will be there by 1pm or a bit later. They were expecting us between 9 to 10 am and they said this time and again. As a result we had a very short ride of around 8 minutes. Although you communicate 8 to 10 minutes, such a short ride by charging 3,000 rupees is not worth it. To put it simply it is a rip off. Also then the focus was on to get everyone do the ride and get that stipulated 8 minutes over. We were just hovering around from where we took off and felt that we were going to land any moment which marred the whole experience. If wind conditions are not suitable to do paragliding at 1 pm you'll should refuse the booking. If you charge 3,000 you should have the professionalism to refuse the booking or make sure the experience is good. A couple of pilots also did some acrobat without taking the consent of the flying members. Instead of enjoying the smooth fly, they felt giddy and nausea. This was our second time and the last time through your organisation.

And please make some arrangements for seating because many times client may not come solo only with him his family members or some friends may also come so for them if there is some benches or seating arrangements then it will be gratefulLoad more
